Long Island’s popular Great South Bay Brewery will be opening a second location at the Station Yards development in Ronkonkoma, the developers have just announced.
TRITEC Real Estate Company and the popular Bay Shore brewery inked a lease deal for Great South Bay to open in a 9,500-square-foot tasting room in the sprawling development at the LIRR station.
The brewers expect to open in the spring of 2024.
This also makes Great South Bay the very first tenant in the mixed-use Station Yards.
“We are thrilled to welcome Great South Bay Brewery, an iconic Long Island brand, as the first tenant at Station Yards,” said Jimmy Coughlan, TRITEC Real Estate’s vice president. “Great South Bay Brewery is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike, and we are confident they will be a great addition to the community.”

Great South Bay Brewery, owned by the Davis family and founded in 2009, operates out of a massive brewery, tasting room and events venue on Drexel Drive, just west of Fifth Avenue.
GSB, as its known locally, also recently added golf simulators in Bay Shore.
“Great South Bay Brewery is ecstatic to expand its operation and join the TRITEC group out in Ronkonkoma at their new Station Yards location,” said Brian Davis, GSB’s vice president. “We emphasize creating a laid-back vibe, choice local live music, a vast selection of quality craft beers, and other locally sourced wine and spirits paired with delicious food offerings to round out your experience.
“We are excited to greet you all at our new location with a cold pint and a warm cheers.”
The deal was brokered by Maria Valanzano, Steve D’Orazio, and Jake Horowitz of Colliers, the announcement reads.
TRITEC expects the entire Station Yards project to be done next year.
